Dear Sir/Madam,

Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Green Productivity Association

Notice is hereby given that the Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Green Productivity Association will be held at the Meeting Room C41 (Bilik Mesyuarat Dekan) Faculty of Economic & Administration, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur on 30 June 2003 at 4.00pm.

2.         The agenda for the AGM is as follows:         

(a)                Address by the President;

(b)               confirmation of the minutes of the last year’s AGM;

(c)                the adoption of the Annual Report;

(d)               the received the Audited Account;

(e)                any other matters in respect of which notice in writing has been submitted to the Secretary General, at least fifteen days before the date of the meeting; and

(f)                 the closing address by the President.

3.         A copy of the minutes of last year’s AGM is attached.
